Hi, I’m Gareth. I have been in the sports and fitness industry for over 15 years. The roles I’ve worked in include a sports coach, fitness instructor, personal trainer, general manager, sports massage therapist and S & C coach.  My client base varies from elite sportsmen and women to juniors just starting out on their physical development. I specialise in youth long term athletic development.

Hi, I’m Connie. I’m a strength and conditioning (S&C) coach working with Move4Sport as well as running my own business. I have over 15 years of experience as a competitive dancer and I become passionate about S&C since injury issues I’ve had as a dancer. I have a specific interest in helping dancers and all athletes prevent injury.

I have a passion for working with children and improving physical development. I’ve worked with all age groups from 3-4-year olds all the way up. I currently work with youth tennis players, swimmers and dancers with increasing interest and experience working with children with Cerebral Palsy.

Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach for Rackets

Hi, I’m Jake, a Strength and Conditioning coach here at Move4Sport.  I have been in the sports industry for over 10 years, working with athletes ranging from elite to amateur. I have been lucky enough to have coached all over the world and helped people achieve what they previously thought was not possible physically.  I specialise in tennis but have worked in a huge array sports including athletics and team-based sports. I have a passion for working with the youth population but love the whole athlete development journey.

Having previously competed in tennis, volleyball and motor racing I understand the rigours of being an athlete and the ups and downs it can bring. I have a keen interest in helping people achieve their maximums.

Hi, I’m Tom. I have been coaching in elite sport for over a decade. I have worked with Olympic and International athletes as both a sports coach and a strength and conditioning coach. I have worked across a large range of sports with very different technical requirements from Diving and Gymnastics to Rugby and American football. I currently work as a strength and conditioning coach for Move4Sport with athletes of all levels from youth up to and including international and elite athletes.

Hi I’m Sami, a Youth S&C Coach for M4S. My experience ranges from working at a professional football club, a private S&C Business, public school leading to working with Move4sport alongside personal training and online coaching in North west london.

With over 3 years of industry experience and 6 years working at and managing summer activity camps, I have developed a greater real-world application to youth strength and conditioning – fostering a person-centered philosophy before all else.

Hi, I’m Anna, a strength and conditioning coach at Move4Sport. I have a background in dance and have been coaching S+C for pre-professional dancers and athletes for the past 5 years. As well as coaching for Move4Sport I am studying an MSc in Dance Science at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and work with dancers at the Royal Ballet School. I have a passion for long term athletic development and aim to help build proficient, resilient and educated young people no matter where their paths may lead.

Hi, I’m Jon. I work to deliver the youth athletic development squads as well as coach individuals. Prior to joining M4S I worked as a personal trainer in West London and Yorkshire alongside my university studies. I have a great passion for endurance sports, but love helping clients achieve their fitness goals from all walks of life; whether those be competing in an event or just improving their body composition and wellbeing.
